Grandma Pat's Christmas

Grandma Pat deserves a Post all to herself.
Merry Christmas!

Chase handed out some gifts...

He refused to turn around and smile...

We tried a couple of times,
and we couldn't quite catch his best side.

Grandma Pat was so animated in her reactions,
to each gift. If you scroll fast,
it may appear to be a Flip Book.

Mrs. Claus ain't got nuthin' on our Grandma Pat ;)

Christmas in Iowa

Christmas morning we headed down to Iowa.

The roads were a little scary...
it took us 5 1/2 hours to get there.

There was family and gifts waiting for us though
at Grandma Pat's house.

Alexis really liked her stocking that actually lit up.

Grandpa got something camouflaged.

Renae and Shawn got a GPS.

David was ecstatic about his grill.

Jodie was overwhelmed with the dog food.

The grandchildren smiled for a quick picture.
Left to Right: Zach, Alexis, Fayth, Adriana, Ashtyn, and Chase.

Papa got a pair of,
Papa Gray Pants.

Cheryl got a candle.

Odessa got an Ariel Mermaid bath toy.

Titan got Tech Decks.

Alexis got Bop It!

Adriana got a scrappers beginning set.

Alexis' Christmas Party

Alexis had her Christmas Party for 2nd Grade.

They made Gingerbread Houses.

Isn't she creative?

Some of her classmates and friends are:
Zach C. and Eden.

More of her friends and her daddy too.

They also had a snowball (tissue paper) fight
in the Lunchroom.

Alexis was all up in that madness.

She had a great time.

Christmas Blog

Christmas Eve!

Christmas Morning!

Dear Family & Friends,

I hope this card finds you well as we extend a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all.

2009 was a very eventful year for the Little family.

Adriana is now 11 years old but thinks she is queen of the house. Earrings, lipstick, matching clothes, friends, and music are top priorities to her. There are also lots of things David doesn’t know about since he is a boy and Adriana would rather talk to Lori about those sensitive things. Little does Adriana know that Lori fills David in on most of them!

Alexis is 7 years old and started to lose teeth this year. Not just 1 or 2 teeth, she has lost 4 teeth in the span of 2 months and can really say, “all I want for Christmas is my 2 front, I mean 4 front teeth”! It is cute.

Lori and David celebrated their 11 year wedding anniversary and with a 5th and 2nd grader running around the house they feel like an old couple. They are definitely heading into uncharted territory with the girls’ drama so wish them well.

Thank you for the Christmas cards we have received this past week, we love to hear from each one of you and see your families grow.

With kind regards,

The Little Family

Tis the Season

The Little Family enjoyed something new this Season.

We went to the 8th floor of the Macy's in
downtown Minneapolis.

We walked around the display that
described, "A Day in the Life of an Elf".

The scenes were so detailed.

They were very animated.

We now know the secrets that are involved in,
"A Day in the Life of an Elf".

We also had the girls stand in front of the
BIG MACY'S CHRISTMAS TREE.

Could they be any cuter?
I didn't think so.

Friends

We had Friendly FUN...

Alexis had her friend, Maddie over.

They were so silly!

Lori visited her friend, Krissy and baby Hunter.

Adriana hung out with the neighbor friends.

They gathered around and got instructions...

to decorate cookies.

Here is Adriana's finished snowman.

It was a yummy event.
