This is my wedding dress from 1998

My mom bought it in the very stylish city of Seattle.

Maybe by the time Adriana gets married (in 20+ years)...
it'll be back in style.

This is when Adriana was 5 years old,
which would make you about 25 years old, right?

Fall Session at TAGS

Alexis absolutely LOVED her Summer Session at
TAGS Gymnastics.

So, now that she has found a passion,
we put her into the Fall Session.

She went from Beginner to Advanced,
which supplied her with a few more "ants in her pants".



It takes a lot of skill to come that close,
to kicking your partner in the face.
AND not actually taking her out.

Adriana has found her place at TAGS also...
"Here are your shoes! Let's go!"

2010 School Year Begins

The girls started another year of school...
DIFFERENT schools though

Adriana is in 6th grade,
Alexis is in 3rd grade.

She looks calm, but she is nervous...
wait, she looks nervous and is VERY nervous

Even though they will be in different schools this year,
they will still have each other at home.

Trip to Arizona

There was a SURPRISE trip to Arizona planned

While we were flying high above the clouds



Cheryl was investigating her canker sore on her tongue.



Cheryl wasn't done being gross!
After we landed, we grabbed a bit to eat,
at In and Out Burger.

Sorry for the angle,
Dan is a tall guy and just in case he fell in shock,
I needed to get the whole experience on film.

Dan (birthday boy), Cambria, Papa, and Danielle

Along with Dan's Birthday Surprise,
the Aunts needed to see their nephew.

We went to Cracker Barrel to eat breakfast the next morning.

It was TASTY food

It won Demetri's approval

Cracker Barrel has a little gift shop...

The next day, the girls went out for a much needed,
bonding experience and enjoyed a pedicure also.

Needed a photo of the palm trees.

Then we ended our trip just like we started,
flying high above the clouds.

End of August

We had a busy end of August!

August 27th, Adriana turned 12 years old!

Emily, Alexis, and Adriana celebrated at Apple Valley Water Park.

The girls had a BLAST

Even if it wasn't their birthday

The next day...
Lori took a quick trip to Nauvoo,
we had to stop because the bridge was NOT connected.

After the barge went through...
we drove on through

The occasion was Emelie's first trip to the Temple

It was a beautiful day

That night we celebrated both of the girls' birthdays...

...at Grandma Pat's house

They each got pjs

Alexis couldn't wait to put them on,
then proceeded to wear them for the next week.

Adriana had her 6th Grade Jamboree.
Alexis had her 3rd Grade Open House,
but Lori was out of town by the time she
chose to get out of those pjs.
