Bats

During Summer Learning Camp,

Alexis talked to a friend and decided
that she wanted to be a bat.

So we have "Mama Bat".

We have "Baby Bat".

And their pet puppy,
Isaac.

Pumpkins Round Two

The girls had a lot of fun actually
carving the pumpkins for Round Two.

Adriana had fun cleaning out the "guts"
of her pumpkin.

After much persuasion,
Alexis enjoyed cleaning out the "guts"
of her pumpkin.

Then they cut out a pattern and
pounded these pegs in place to create...
a cat face for Alexis and a bat for Adriana.

Add a battery to the light bulb inside and
turn out the lights.

Decorations

Adriana took pictures of all of our
Halloween decorations.

Just in case our visitors got confused

Picure Perfect

Last Thursday the girls had Picture Retake Day!

They got all ready...
practiced their smiles...
BUT Alexis forgot to get her picture retaken.
Ohh well, there is always Spring Pictures.

There are 2 Culinary Artists in this Little family.

Adriana bought this cookbook
with some of her donated money
that she got from reading books.

Mother Nature

David took the girls "hiking" at
Murphy Hanrehan Park Reserve.

They enjoyed exploring Mother Nature
at her best in the Fall.

They found a little caterpillar.

I guess when Mother Little is at work...
Mother Nature came to the rescue.

Pumpkins Round ONE

Daddy and the girls decorated the pumpkins.

David's is a "cool dude with a mustache attitude".

Adriana's is taking the phrase "4 eyes" literally.

Alexis' is taking the phrase "4 eyes" figuratively.

While mommy is busy working...

Adriana and Alexis both entered the
"No Cavity Club", at their last teeth cleaning.
Adriana won a $25.00 gift card to Target...

Perkins

We went to Perkins Restaurant last night for dinner.
Children eat FREE and it is like a little carnival.

There was a guy there who made Balloon Animals.
He was telling us about how,
he is 3rd in the World's Record
for the most balloon animals made.
He was talking and making the animals...
at the SAME TIME!

There was a girl there who,
did "hand painting".
Of course, Adriana chose,
a heart for love.

The same girl also did,
"arm painting".
Of course, Alexis chose, a snake?
We didn't see this choice coming.

Sleepy Heads

I had my friends,
Cathy and Becky over to my house
for an afternoon of
Games and Subway!

Isaac was wandering around
and fell asleep right here,
just like this with
the Care Bear tucked under him!
It was definitely passed his naptime.

Adriana woke up one morning
and had worked very hard
all night long on her hair!

Alexis woke up one morning
and had worked even
harder on her bird's nest...
I mean hair!
