Grandparent's Day

Papa came for Grandparent's Day ,
which was the day before Thanksgiving.

Here is Papa with both girls.

Alexis stopped performing for a second,
to pose for a quick picture.

First, they made a pumpkin turkey,
for our Thanksgiving Dinner centerpiece.

Then, Papa traced Alexis' silhouette.

Next, they played the Penny Game (Mancala).

After that, they made Pomander Balls,
(these are oranges decorated with cloves).

They ended the festivities,
by making Place Cards for
our Thanksgiving Dinner table.

Alexis gave Papa a sticker for his nose,
and a kiss on his cheek...
"Thanks Papa".
